Filling The Well Within Retreat
FEBRUARY 7th & 8TH

Paige Appel and I will be leading a day and a half retreat at my home just west of Nashville. Self-exploration, self-discovery and soulful sharing. Georgiana Louella will be nourishing us with her nutrient dense, incredibly flavorful meals as we gather in circle, sit for tea, journal, meditate, share, release, heal and connect over this day and a half retreat. The focus of the retreat will be from shifting from an externally referenced life to an inner resourced one, deepening our intuition, honing our instincts and strengthening our backbone and expanding our capacity for joy. Friday around 5pm to Saturday around 7pm. Space is limited. This is an off-site retreat.
