You’ll notice the numbers outside of the wheel. This is the degree of your House Cusps. Every sign has 30 degrees, 0 to 29. Like I mention in the Intro To Astro Course, I use Equal Houses, which means that every House Cusp is at the same degree.
This New Moon occurs at 9 Degrees Gemini. If you have, let’s say, Gemini on the 10th House Cusp at 5 Degree, then this will fall in your 10th House. But if you have Gemini on the 10th House Cusp at 25 Degrees, then this New Moon would actually fall in your 9th House.
This adds a layer of interpretation for how this New Moon will affect you personally.

Gemini is the conduit, the connector and communicator. It’s the means through which information passes. With this can come a bit of telephone. The information coming through may only be a small part of the story.
Mercury, Gemini’s ruler, is Retrograde still until June 3rd in Taurus, slowing down our thoughts. Jupiter and Mars, coming off of a rare conjunction in Aries, supports. So we’re rethinking and reassessing but also, finding our fire and our drive and maybe even our anger.
I’d look to where 3 degrees Aries is in your chart for a little more clarity, a little more guidance as to where to lift off, where action is needed.
May was heavy and active: The Eclipses, Mars conjunct Neptune, Venus square Pluto, Mercury Retrograde. June feels lighter, more social. Venus is newly in Taurus, anchoring our desires in sensuality and pleasure, the extended al fresco lunch.
This New Moon reminds us that everything is perception, that conversation and dialogue allows for a reset and a restart.

SETTING INTENTIONS
Intentions differ from goals. While goals are action oriented, intentions express how we want to experience our goals. This heightens their power. For example, we may have a goal of reaching a certain weight, but the weight is simply a number. An intention grants us more agency. I always recommend starting an intention with some variation of “I am gracefully finding myself…” For example, “I am gracefully finding myself feeling lean, flexible, healthy and fit. I am gracefully finding myself loving the way my body feels and my clothes fit.” And because Spirit /The Universe/God is so much wiser and intelligent than we are, I also always include “This Or Something Better For The Highest Good Of All Concerned,” something I learned in my training. This allows us a deeper level of trust and surrender.
